The Salesforce connector stopped syncing on Sunday when its OAuth token expired. Nobody noticed because source freshness uses one rule for every source, "stale if more than 3 calendar days old" , computed with a day-level datediff . Each source actually has its own SLA in sources.sla hours . source freshness must be deterministic, so it doesn't use now() . The check time is the single row in run clock . Investigate: Fix source freshness : one row per source with source name , hours since sync (hours between the source's latest synced at and run clock.now ts , rounded to 1 decimal), and is stale ( true when hours since sync is greater than the source's sla hours ). Order by source name .
