Revenue jumped 2,000% after the Japan launch

CFO: the board deck shows $15k of revenue for October 1. Settlements say about $430. Which one is right?

We started selling in Europe, the UK and Japan. raw orders.amount is stored in the order's own currency ( currency ), but daily revenue usd still adds the raw numbers together. One ¥15,000 order now counts as $15,000. fx rates has one rate per rate date and currency : usd rate is the value of 1 unit in USD . It has no row for USD , because USD always converts at 1.0. Investigate: Fix daily revenue usd so every order is converted to USD using the rate for its order date and currency , with USD at 1.0. Make sure the USD orders are still there after the join. Columns: order date , orders (count), revenue usd (rounded to 2), ordered by order date .
