Yesterday's late orders are in today's report
Ops: Saturday's sales report is short about $95, and Sunday has orders our New York store says came in Saturday night.
raw orders.ordered at utc is stored in UTC , but the business day is New York time . daily sales casts the UTC timestamp straight to a date, so anything ordered after 8 p.m. in New York (7 p.m. in winter) is counted on the next day. In Snowflake the usual fix is CONVERT TIMEZONE('UTC', 'America/New York', ordered at utc) . The source also sends utc offset hours , the store's offset when the order was placed. It already accounts for daylight saving time, which ended on November 1, so the offset changes from -4 to -5 inside this data. Don't hard-code it. Investigate: Fix daily sales so each order lands on its New York date. Columns: order date (DATE), orders (count), revenue (rounded to 2), ordered by order date .
